Brick Work	Load bearing Brick Work with First Class Bricks in Cement Mortar 1:6 and 1:4 in Half Brick Walls.
External Finishes	Coarse Sand Plaster Painted with Textured Paint or Equivalent Paint Sloping roof shall be Decorated with Tiles or Painted with Spectrum or Equivalent.
Frame & Shutter	Windows and Shutters shall be Provided Factory made in Aluminum Cum G.I. (Powder coated) Section with 4mm Glazing. Press Steel Frame shall be provided with Flush Door.
Flooring	Vitrified Tile Flooring and Wooden Flooring in Master Bedroom.
Toilet	Colorful Glazed Tiles with Border Up to 7'-0" ht. from Floor Level Anti Skid Tiles on the Floor, matching Colored Chinaware with Counter Wash Basin and matching Bath Tub & Fancy CP Fitting.
Water Proofing	High Class water proofing treatment like tape create etc.
Electrical Fittings	Fancy Light Fitting, Tube Light Fitting, Fans, Electrical Geyser, Bulk Head Light and other all Electrical Work shall be done as per Indian Electricity rules.
